Join our Committee

We are looking for a chairperson to lead the management team / Board of Directors in  the overall running of the project.    The Chair will be amply supported by the Trustees and his / her committee which will include the normal roles of Vice Chair; Treasurer and Secretary, as well as other committee members and volunteers with responsibilities for fundraising, marketing, event and programme scheduling, membership secretary, etc.

We are looking for a Vice Chair to assist the chair person in all aspects of the efficient running of The Floating Stage Project.    To fully understand the role of the vice Chair, interested applicants should also read the description and requirements of the Chair Person's position.

We are looking for a Treasurer to control the financial activities of the project.   You would be working in conjunction with the fundraising and grant sourcing team, while also maintaining auditable records of all financial matters

An ideal volunteering role for someone wishing to work from home.    We would envisage that all the sub-groups would look after their own admin so this role will be predominantly ensuring communications between groups are effective, minute keeping / circulation, and other general secretarial roles. .....

In addition to the four office bearers, there is scope to join the committee, with or without any of the  specific roles outlined in the general volunteering pages.
